Had a super fun night at the Australian Open and met up with Wheelchair Travel reader David at the ladies’ final! Great 3-set match that saw 4 match points before Aryna Sabalenka claimed the title. Loved everything about my night at Rod Laver Arena and the Happy Slam! 75 3

His continued engagement with all of us, from the seat of a wheelchair, is an important witness — a statement to the world that wheelchairs do not confine, they liberate! 344 18

Here’s to a happy, healthy holiday season, full of good tidings and a hope that the best is yet to come. Thanks for being a part of my life and journey. 63 1

I had a lovely evening at Castel Sant’Angelo (123-129 AD) in Rome, where I enjoyed a drink and excellent views of St. Peter’s Basilica at sunset. 54 1
