Trip Itinerary
I have crafted this engaging accessible trip itinerary while bringing together a variety of local and regional partners, experts in accessible tourism who have the knowledge, equipment and staff to ensure that our needs are met.
The benefit of this accessible group tour to Morocco is that it opens the country up in a way that would be very difficult or cost-prohibitive to accomplish on a solo trip — through this group tour, we are able to account for everyone’s needs by preparing the way for wheelchair users and travelers with disabilities, while offering a truly 5-star experience at an affordable price. There is truly no better way to explore Morocco with a wheelchair!
Day 1 (December 6, 2025): Arrival in Casablanca
Our driver will be waiting for you at the Casablanca International Airport (CMN), and you will be transported in a wheelchair accessible vehicle to our luxurious 5-star hotel for check-in.

Take the afternoon to rest or explore the local area on your own, before meeting the group for a tour orientation and dinner with our travel guide in the hotel restaurant. Our guide will describe the tour itinerary in rich detail, and I will be available to answer any questions you have.

Day 2 (December 7, 2025): Casablanca and Rabat
We will start the day with a visit to the Hassan II Mosque, one of the largest in the world. The structure combines Islamic and Moroccan architecture to deliver a masterpiece that is a sight to behold.


Following our tour, we will travel one hour north to Rabat, the capital city and the residence of the Moroccan King. We will enjoy lunch on Le Dhow, an accessible restaurant ship at the mouth of the Bou Regreg river with spectacular views of the surrounding area.
After lunch, we will stop at Kasbah of the Udayas, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, to enjoy its stunning scenery and views of the Atlantic Ocean. We will continue to see the Hassan Tower, a 12th century remnant of a former mosque, before returning to Casablanca in the late afternoon.

Day 3 (December 8, 2025): Casablanca to Marrakech
After breakfast, we will check out of our Casablanca hotel and drive south towards Marrakech. We will check-in to the 5-star Hotel Kenzi Rose Garden, our home for the next 4 nights, then head out to explore local attractions.
We will first enjoy the peaceful surroundings of the Koutoubia Mosque, the largest in Marrakech, before heading to the world famous Jemaa El Fnaa Market, located in an iconic square that dates to the 11th century and which is recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.


The square is bustling with snake charmers, vendors, storytellers and the sweetest fresh-squeezed orange juice you’ve ever had. Enjoy people watching over dinner at Cafe Argana with sweeping views of Jemaa El Fnaa.

Day 4 (December 9, 2025): Marrakech Medina Tour
Today, we will experience the centerpiece of any visit to Morocco — the Marrakech Medina. Your guide will help you navigate this maze of thousands of narrow streets.

Full of history, culture and colorful souks (markets), the highlights include the grandeur of the Saadin Tombs and the serenity of the Majorelle Gardens. Of course there will be time to explore the markets with shops ranging from handcrafts and herbal medicine to carpets and ornate brass lamps, plus everything in between. Whether you will shop for souvenirs or simply peruse the wares, you will have an authentically marvelous time.

Day 5 (December 10, 2025): Agafay Desert
We will travel from Marrakech to the Agafay Desert in the early afternoon, a drive of approximately 45 minutes, to savor the beauty of the sunset over boundless vistas.

You will have the opportunity to take pictures with camels and, if you have the core and upper body strength, you can even ride one for a short loop using an accessible saddle system. This will be an experience to remember, and it's a quintessential part of experiencing the true Morocco.

Day 6 (December 11, 2025): Free Day in Marrakech
Free day. Option for the accessible van to take people to the Medina for a few hours. Set departure and pick up times can be arranged with your guide.


Travelers will have the opportunity to participate in an optional early morning Hot Air Balloon ride over Marrakech. The balloon ride can be reserved for an additional $375 USD per person.

Day 7 (December 12, 2025): Marrakech to Essaouira
Our late morning start will puts our group on the road West toward the Atlantic Ocean. We'll stop along the way to see the incredible tree-climbing goats at the Argan Cooperative.
We'll enjoy a lunch break before arriving at Essaouira — an eclectic secret nestled on the wild Atlantic coast. Check-in and unwind at our luxurious 5-star hotel overlooking the coastal dunes.

Day 8 (December 13, 2025): Essaouira Medina Tour
Essaouira has an artsy air to it and is a tranquil counterpart to Marrakech’s bustle. The local fishing port and the ancient Mogador Ramparts are among the highlights.


Traditional Gnawa music and ornate Thuya Burl carpentry are local to the area. After our tour of the Essaouira Medina, we will return to the hotel in the late afternoon.

Day 9 (December 14, 2025): Essaouira Free Day
We will enjoy a free day in Essaouira, with wheelchair accessible van transfers between our hotel and the city at set times. During the free day, you will have the opportunity to pursue your curiosities within the town center.


We are also working to arrange an optional tour of the Argan Cooperative, with details to follow later.

Day 10 (December 15, 2025): Essaouira to El Jadida
We will drive North through the remote coastal towns of Safi, a hub of Moroccan Pottery, and Azzemour, with its mosaic of historical influences from the Phoenicians to the Romans and Arabs, before stopping in El Jadida.

In El Jadida, we will enjoy a night of rest and relaxation at a luxury resort along the Atlantic coast.

Day 11: Departure (December 16, 2025)
After checking out of our hotel in El Jadida, our driver will transport us to the Casablanca International Airport (CMN) for our departing flights.

Trip Costs and Inclusions
The costs of the 2025 Wheelchair Travel Group Tour to Morocco are as follows:
- $6,150 USD per person based on double occupancy
- $9,500 USD per person for single occupancy
The preferred method of payment is via check or bank transfer (domestic wire, Zelle, etc.), however credit and debit card transactions are accepted with a 3.5% processing fee (4.5% for those residing outside of the United States).
Here’s a rundown of what is included in the trip costs:
- Accommodation in wheelchair accessible 5-star hotels
- 2 nights in Casablanca
- 4 nights in Marrakech
- 3 nights in Essaouira
- 1 night in El Jadida
- Transportation in a wheelchair accessible vehicle with four-point securement straps and a seatbelt
- Including transfers between Casablanca Airport and the hotel on arrival and departure

- Admission to museums, monuments and attractions listed in the program

How to reserve your spot
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your spot, with the remaining balance due 90 days prior to the tour’s start date. Please note that your space will not be secured until the deposit has been received.
