The majority of Western or American hotel brands in Prague, Czech Republic use the Americans with Disabilities Act as a guide in the construction of their international properties. Foreign hotels carrying a Western brand are more likely offer wheelchair accessible hotel rooms with roll-in showers, grab bars and other accessibility features.
For individuals requiring an accessible hotel room with roll-in shower, I recommend booking with a Western hotel chain such as Hilton, Marriott or Starwood for the best experience. The following is a list of hotels in Prague with wheelchair accessible rooms and roll-in showers (hotels listed in bold are properties I have stayed at myself – click for my complete review):

Important tip: If you ultimately choose to stay at a hotel not listed here, be sure to ask questions about everything related to the accessibility features most important to you — door width, thresholds, shower/tub set-up, bed height, grab bars, shower chairs, etc. — to reduce the risk of any surprises when you arrive.
