How can I be sure I’ve ordered the right size? Where are your products made? Which apparel brands do you print on?
Please review the sizing charts and measurements provided on each product page, which detail the measurements for our clothing items. All of our t-shirts are made with 100% pre-shrunk cotton.
All of our t-shirts and sweaters shipped to customers in North America are printed in the United States of America on imported fabrics.
For customers outside of the United States, we work with international suppliers to keep shipping costs at a minimum.
We print our designs on a variety of high-quality apparel products.
Short-sleeve unisex t-shirts are Bella + Canvas 3001 t-shirts (100% pre-shrunk cotton; heather shirts contain polyester and/or rayon).
Long-sleeve women’s/unisex t-shirts are Bella + Canvas 3501 t-shirts (100% combed and ring-spun cotton; heather shirts contain polyester and/or rayon).
Long-sleeve men’s t-shirts are Gildan 2400 t-shirts (100% pre-shrunk cotton; sport grey color is 90% cotton/10% polyester).
Unisex hoodies are Hanes P170 fleece hoodie sweatshirts (cotton and polyester blend, pre-shrunk).
Orders & Shipping
What is the cost of shipping? Which shipping companies do you use? How quickly will my order arrive?
Shipping rates in the Wheelchair Travel Shop are affordable, with a flat rate charge no matter the size of your order. For customers in the United States, a flat rate shipping charge of $7.50 USD applies. For customers outside of the United States, the flat rate is $10.00 USD (with one exception, described below).
For orders over $75, shipping charges are waived. Who doesn’t love free shipping?
Exception: For shipments outside of the United States, the flat rate shipping charge for orders containing a luggage tag is $20.00 USD.
Our primary shipping provider is the United States Postal Service, but we also use DHL, FedEx and UPS on occasion. A variety of shipping methods are used for international orders.
We aim to have orders delivered within the United States in 5 to 7 business days. All of our products ship from the continental United States, so additional time may be required for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii. International orders may take up to 4 weeks to arrive. Production and fulfillment delays out of our control may extend these estimated delivery timelines, and we make no guarantee of a particular delivery date.
Return Policy
What is your return policy? My delivery was incorrect, what should I do?
We are unable to accept returns, except in cases where there is an issue with the product. Each of our items are checked for quality before shipping and we look forward to customers enjoying their clothing and accessories! Bulk Orders
Do you offer bulk discounts? Can we buy your shirts for our group? Can we resell your shirts in our store?
A discount of 10% for orders of 10 or more items will be automatically applied in our shopping cart. If you or your group plans to place an order of 25 items or more, please reach out to us via email at shop@wheelchairtravel.org — a larger discount may be available. Church and student groups with a state or federal non-profit certification are eligible for discounts on orders of any size. Please note that discounts do not apply to third-party merchandise with SKUs beginning with EXTF.
