Before we take your entry, there are a few rules to go over:
- Entrants must be able to receive the wheelchair in the Continental United States.
- To be eligible for the drawing, entrants must complete all required tasks on the Rafflecopter entry form below.
- Additional entries may be earned by completing additional tasks, but are not required.
- Entries will be accepted from 6:00 a.m. EDT on October 1, 2019 until 5:00 p.m. EDT on October 31, 2019.
- A winner will be selected through a random drawing administered by Rafflecopter.
