Nashville International Airport (BNA) welcomes more than 18 million passengers per year and is served by 16 different airlines. The airport has a single terminal, divided into concourses A , B, C and D. Passengers can reach all concourses airside, and will not need to pass through security when moving between concourses.

Because all airlines operate out of a single terminal, check-in is easy. Passengers should find their airline’s ticket counter, then follow the airport signage to the security checkpoint and onto the designated concourse and gate.
For domestic flights, it is recommended that passengers with disabilities check-in two hours prior to departure. For international flights, please arrive three hours prior to departure.
Special Assistance Services & Accessibility at Nashville Airport

The airport’s bathrooms are wheelchair accessible and outfitted with ADA stalls for wheelchair users and people with disabilities. Private companion care restrooms are available both pre- and post-security, in the following locations:
- Concourses A/B Waiting Lounge — To the right of the music stage (Landside)
- Concourse C Waiting Lounge — To the left of the music stage (Landside)
- Concourse A/B Rotunda — To the right of Nashville Restaurant (Airside)
- Concourse B — Near Gate B-8 (Airside)
- Concourse C — Near Gate C-5 (Airside)
- Concourse C — Near Gate C-15 (Airside)
The companion care restroom at Nashville Airport Gate C-15 has an adult changing table.
The airport provides service animal relief areas in the following locations:
- North End of Departures Level 3 — Outside, under a covered area.
- Inside the Secure Area — Passengers must request an escort to the relief area from an airline staff member. The passenger will not have to submit to an additional security screening.

Accessible transportation to/from Nashville Airport
The easiest way to get to the city from the airport is on the city bus, but wheelchair taxis may be available as well.
City buses and taxis are available at the airport’s Ground Transportation Center. Passengers should exit the main terminal on Level 1 and turn right. Follow the overhead signs to the Terminal Garage, where the transportation center is on Level 1.

If you prefer to ride public transit, a single bus route stops at the airport terminal’s transportation center. Bus number 18 departs the airport for Downtown Nashville between 5:33 a.m. and 11:47 p.m. on weekdays and between 6:50 a.m. and 10:48 p.m. on weekends and holidays. Tickets cost $2 each way and you’ll be downtown in about 45 minutes.
